How to Request Account Deletion

  • In-App Request: Go to Profile > Delete Account and follow the instructions.
  • Email Request: Send an email to fastfreight023@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your registered email or phone number.
  • Processing Time: Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Effects of Account Deletion

  • All personal data, including order history and payment details, will be erased.
  • You will no longer be able to access your account.
  • Any ongoing orders will be canceled.
